4-Stage Workshop Inspection Process
From raw hide grading to export carton sealing, our hands-on workshop checks ensure high seam durability, consistent leather thickness, and reliable protective performance.
Raw Hide Grading
Every lot of split cowhide and grain leather is sorted for uniform 1.2mm–1.5mm thickness, tensile fiber strength, and clean grain consistency.
Precision Die-Cutting
Heavy hydraulic cutting presses utilize precision steel dies to ensure exact pattern sizing, symmetrical pairs, and proper seam allowance.
In-Line Seam Inspection
Experienced sewing masters check 4-ply Kevlar® thread tension, full leather welting insertion on high-wear joints, and stress-point reinforcing.
Final Packing Check
Every finished pair is checked for dimensional fit, paired accurately, and packaged in poly-lined corrugated cartons ready for secure transit.
